Due to a stuff-up on eBay I am now the proud (?) owner of 2 Marklin gauge 1, two-axle passenger carriages in red.

Anyone interested??

About the "stuff up", (whatever that is), yes.

Basically I bought 2x Marklin Minex passenger cars from a guy in Mainz. I waited, and I waited and after 5 weeks asked where they were. eBay gives you about 5 weeks to resolve a dispute before the item disappears off the system. It did disappear, I don't have his direct email address - as eBay masks it - then a box arrived, with 2x Gauge 1 carriages in it.

I could just send them back, I could just sell them.

Either way I have 2x something I don't want :(

Uh, hadn't thought about it really. On eBay auctions start around Euro 15. Because of what I paid for them to be shipped over here etc., I'd be looking for about NZ$90 per coach. One is boxed, the other isn't. Shipping extra.

Here's a picture of one I found on eBay. I haven't checked if mine have metal wheels or not.
