Visit the official website: www.wellswalsinghamrailway.co.uk The Wells & Walsingham is the longest 10¼" gauge railway in the world. It runs for four miles along a former standard-gauge trackbed - unfortunately much of it in a cutting. The main attraction (for me) was NORFOLK HERO, the line's main locomotive. I only had a very short amount of time to ride the train there and back so the photos are a bit limited.

The turntable is now too small for NORFOLK HERO so it is only being used as a head-shunt
